My name is Robert Pinedo, let me show you why I’m a great fit for the Operations Internship Role.
To illustrate how my skills align with the Operations Internship, I’ve built you:
Data Visualizations: Live dashboards I’ve built to track throughput, capacity utilization, and service-level KPIs, turning raw warehouse and fulfillment data into clear insights that drive daily production decisions and continuous improvement.
Marketing & Analytics Foundation: Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Excel, and SQL enables me to gather, analyze, and report on labor planning, capacity forecasting, and customer-service metrics crucial to optimizing omni-channel distribution workflows.
Technical Process Management: The ETL and API integration diagram demonstrates my ability to architect end-to-end data pipelines—from warehouse systems to PostgreSQL and Grafana—while documenting processes, training teams, and ensuring reliable, secure reporting in a fast-paced DC environment.
Real-Time Operations Dashboards for Distribution-Center Performance
I have created you custom visualizations that speak for themselves:
Operations Analytics & Process Excellence
I’ve built end-to-end data pipelines and live dashboards for leadership, and I’m ready to apply that same approach to Maersk’s distribution-center operations. From manipulating large datasets in Excel, SQL, and Python to documenting SOPs and training teams, I can deliver the capacity-planning, labor-utilization, daily-production, and customer-service KPIs you need—and continuously refine processes for maximum efficiency and reliability.
Experience with :
Education:
Washington State University -
NWCCU and AACSB Accredited
Bachelors Degree in Information Systems and Marketing (2021 - 2024)
Process and Project Management Principals
I designed, built, and documented end-to-end ETL pipelines—pulling data from warehouse systems, transport APIs, and fulfillment platforms into PostgreSQL and visualizing it in Grafana—so teams always have accurate, real-time metrics. Clear SOPs and hands-on training minimize errors and speed up capacity-planning and labor-utilization decisions, ensuring rapid adoption of new reporting tools.
Who Am I?
Enough about the technical projects; let's get personal.
To my core, I want to work on meaningful projects for organizations that benefit the world. I believe that why is the most important question to ask when diving into any project, job, or relationship. Projects that bring real, traceable value to society are crucial for helping solve major challenges, including humanity’s energy and infrastructure crisis - which I believe we are currently experiencing.
Outside of work, I love to hike, bike, run, snowboard – essentially, anything outdoors. I had the privilege of meeting my girlfriend while on exchange in Barcelona, and we now live together in Aarhus, Denmark.
